Our debut feature. Inspired by japanese sneaker zines we release the numero uno of the first German-speaking sneaker mag in September 2003. With a lot of love of detail on 43 pages the foundation for more things to come is being laid. Ideas, phantasies and above all our heart and soul is reflected in sections like "Up to date", "Inside", "History", "Freestyle" or the "Index".

First things first: The section "Up to date" gives a rundown on the latest developments, trends and models of the world of kicks. "Shoesports" has an eye on the "Natas Kaupas" of Etnies – the very first signature model in skateboarding. How to lace is explained in "How it goes". Behind-the-scenes-stories on Ellesse, Asics and the genesis of sports fashion deliver facts and show how the signs of the times let sports shoes become cult.

Core of the mag is the "Index". We display each season's latest sneakers. Everything in neat graphic design – so spread the word.
